Bouncing Act :: Relaxed Knits & Structured Midi

Happy Monday, everyone! Today’s title came from a super popular song from my early teens, the lyrics says “Alternating stress and relaxation is the right strategy”. It might sound tacky but that is just my poor translation, hehe, the point is balancing the yin and the yang. Translate to the language of clothing, it means if the top is loose, then the bottom should be tight, or vise versa.

When I first got the white sweater, I immediately thought about the leather midi skirt, would be a cool ensemble for early spring. The idea was executed early-winter (as indicated by the gloves), but you see my point, I hope. 🙂IMG_1087 IMG_1091 IMG_1099

My hair kept its curls from a previous braiding, when I twirled around for the pictures, I felt the sunlight came through the waves, so was the breeze. Wouldn’t that be a nice thought to welcome spring?IMG_1125 IMG_1146 IMG_1118

Thank you so much for reading! Until my next post!

Actually you look better with curly hair. maybe I have curly hair too?:) ..love all the photos especially the 1st one…. you look like a star!! (btw, i can tell your skin is good and very firming)

Thank you, dear! I wish I can have nice curls all the time but my hair is straight and hard to perm. The only time I had it permed I got lots of split ends so I gave up. Do you use a curling iron?

My hair got permed last summer in China. The hairdresser told me don’t perm or color your hair too much, once per year is enough.. my hair is very dry and got damaged from my previous perm. I do use curling iron when I go out.. I do hair treatment at home once a week (the hairdresser suggests) and it helps..

Good tip. Do you like your curling iron? I am still looking for a user-friendly one. 🙂

“Unfortunately”, I have to say that this outfit (overall) looks MUCH better from behind than front!!! Sure you did not wear the skirt backwards?! haha…

Very nice picture on your hair indeed!

Husband dislikes any skirt that passes the knee, I can see you point. 😀 Shorter skirts coming up next (week).

By the way, it will for sure look much better with shorter skirt; at least, NOT all the way to cover boots. Try it one day please.. 🙂

Hi Shushu, I was wondering where have you been?! 🙂 I am sure the little one is keeping you busy all the time, it is good that you get some down time now and then. 🙂 Even though the most fashionable believe Chanel is not so cool, I find myself drawn to its designs all the time, we are on the same page in that regards. ^^
