Happy weekend, my friends! Today’s outfit is very special, because it was styled by my 16-year old niece. She helped me picked out the accessories, she also took all the photos in this post. It was part of her summer vocation project — following each member of the family for one day to get first hand knowledge of what this person do and how he/she do it.
I think it is a great idea! Maybe one day is really not enough to make up anyone’s mind about future career choice, but knowledge is power, within each open door, there are possibilities. What is most impressive about her project, is that she is taking the initiative. Shouldn’t we all have more of this kind of spirit?
Another fun thing we did, was using a dress as a top. My original choice was a sleeveless floral shirt, my niece helped me decided on this beige one so the sandals are the focus. She also “vetoed” a pair of golden hoops. I am pretty happy with the end result, how about you? I wish I could have someone like her to bounce off ideas more often. Maybe I shall invite her back for another session? 🙂
Thank you so much for reading! Until my next post!
