What To Wear Summer 2021?

Hello, my friend! Have you been enjoying all beautiful weather (and the occasional rain storms) this spring? I’ve noticed that things are looking very green these days, trees, flowers, and my Instagram feed. Bright shades of green and pink are super popular at the moment. It’s largely, IMHO, because people need to feel positive and hopeful after spending over a year in pandemic isolation, and nothing gives a better adrenaline rush than pop art colors. I’ve acquired a few items in bright green and pink, too, but to be very honest, I feel my eyes need a little rest from all the neons.

As I begin to shop for the upcoming season, I found myself totally drawn to this summer hottest color, or shall I say, coolest color - blue. It’s the teal blue of the Aegean Sea made me dreaming of another Mediterranean vacation, even if it might not happen in reality this year, at least I can dress like I am.

One other color trend I’ve noticed, if you are a little tired of all the hot pinks (some of us might never do), is the peach / coral pink. It’s more orange than pink this season, super delightful paired with the teal blue. Because both hues can be very sophisticated when muted, this color combo is actually more wearable for all ages and skin tones.
