Hello, my dear friends! Hope your new year is off to a good start! Today is another New Year’s Day for the Asian communities across the globe because it is the first day of Lunar New Year, and 2023 is Year of The Rabbit. In Chinese astrology, Rabbit (卯) symbolizes spring / growth, as I am going through a lot of physical changes related to perimenopause, it is the perfect time to adjust perspectives and focus on the most important - quality of life. Instead of making a list of New Year Resolutions, I started this year with intentions, mindfulness of day to day actions that will, hopefully, contribute to a more stress-free mindset and lifestyle.

First thing that jumps out at me is how dehydrated I am these days, it is very visible on my face and body. It could be winter, and my skin’s declining ability to retain moisture.
