Be Kind To Yourself
Hello, my dear friend! In a few days, 2021 is coming to an end! To be honest, this has not been the easiest year for me, I felt challenged on many fronts, work, family, well-being…but the silver lining to all the struggle is, I am forced to let go of some superficial things and really begin to dig inward to connect with my true self. “Priority” was a word I randomly drew from a word maze at the beginning of the year, now it seems like the word was really meant to be. How has your year been? Is it better than 2020? Do you feel you are a better self now than before?
