Jacquemus Provence
Hello , my dear friends! Fashion loves a good drama, I've been totally obsessed with Jacquemus designs, which are dramatic and super feminine to say the least. The Jacquemus girl is not afraid to attract attention through exaggerated shapes and proportions, she is also very approachable because she loves earthy tones and natural fibers. She is super chic because she loves her mini bags, giant hats and stacked heels, but she is also carefree because she knows she is unique.
Season after season, Jacquemus has successfully outfitted this girl, keep her unpredictable yet still herself to the core. I fell in love with this poet shirtdress last summer, when I finally go the flat top straw hat this summer, I feel the picture is finally complete -- she enjoys a restful moment in the afternoon between her trips to the fields and markets, the shadow of the leaves dancing on her hat and bare legs, again, she wish summer will never end.
Jacquemus did produce a similar hat last season but I failed to procure it. It is inspired by the hat ladies wear when they harvest lavender in Provence. I was lucky enough to source an original model straight from a shop in Provence. So here we are, a slice of Provence that has been a fashion statement this summer, and the Jacquemus girl who is always faithful to her unique style.
Thank you so much for reading! You will see more outfits styled with the same hat. What is your favorite accessories this summer?
